We're pleased to welcome Chiisai Makers as the latest member of the Echo Studios family. Eugenia K. runs a talented print and design business in Melbourne — beautiful work, loyal customers, and real creative skill. But behind the scenes, things felt overwhelming.

Eugenia was using her personal phone for all client communication, had no system for managing enquiries, and was stuck at 6 Google reviews despite a growing base of happy customers. The business had the talent and the demand — it just needed structure.
