Gordon M. runs a property services business in Melbourne that had been operating almost exclusively in the commercial space — reliable work, but trapped by 30-day payment terms and 100% dependent on a single client.

The risk was clear: one client pulling out would mean the entire revenue stream disappearing overnight. Gordon needed to diversify into residential, where payment is immediate and the customer base is broad. The challenge was that he had zero residential presence — no leads, no pipeline, no digital footprint in that market.

The goal is to take Gordon from zero residential leads to a consistent, self-sustaining pipeline — reducing his dependence on any single client and giving him immediate payment terms on every job.
